- Our programs are open to persons of over 18 years of age and maximum age of 60.

- You can volunteer any time of the year. For those intending to teach (work in schools) please note that schools are not open in April, August and December(this are holiday months).

 - Security and Support- Security is our number one priority. All our programs are located in very safe environment. We offer support to our volunteers from the beginning to the end of the program. Support comes in the form of Come Kuona in country staff including the volunteer coordinator, program staff and host families. All our volunteers have access to a phone and our offices are accessible 24/7.

Once your application is successful, we will email you within 2 days, after which we will expect you to pay $100 deposit. This deposit counts towards your program costs. The rest of your program fees should be paid 2 months before the start of your program. For more details on fees please check on costs site.
